Why Tezo Door
The door structure is made of a grid of reinforced aluminum profiles that will keep the door stiff and firm . The gaps are then filled with insulating materials, generating acoustic and thermal protection. ACM panels are bonded with industrial grade components in all six sides.
After the ACM panels are in place, the respective adjustments are made and sealing features are installed: self sealing system on top and bottom, and Q-LON foam strips to the sides, ensuring a complete sealing against light, water and dirt all around the door. The proper holes are made where the locking system and door handle will be installed.
Door is now tested and inspected in the factory to ensure that it works properly and for quality control. After that, the door is prepared for shipping with different layers of protection to ensure that it doesn't get damaged during shipping.

ACM (Aluminum Composite Material)
Aluminum is the third most common element found on earth. As a metal, its low density, resistance to corrosion, strength and ability to be easily combined with other metals, its one of the best metals used to achieve high performance in every industry it is used.
Aluminum Composite panels were designed to change the way aluminum is used in various industries, such as cladding, siding and construction in general. Aluminum Composite panels are, to simply put it, two sheets of ACM bonded to a non metal core, that was designed and mixed with other materials to be fire retardant. This composition makes it light weight and resistant to harsh conditions.
ACM panels are versatile, meaning that it can be cut, milled and edged in a way that best fit the project its being used for. Because of its versatility and large array of colors and finishes, ACM panels are the perfect material for any project. ACM panels are further protected by a multi layer painting process that protects against corrosion, ageing and dirt adhesion even further.
ACM panels are usually 4mm thick, and come in different sizes and colors. When used in the manufacturing of doors, any design can be made in any color, catering to the clients needs.
The structure of the door is made of reinforced aluminum profiles, which in itself offers strength, durability and high performance, without adding weight to the door due to aluminum light weight composition. When ACM panels are then bonded as the outer layer of the door, it raises the durability and resistance of the door.
